Zen Regenerative Wellness

Mia played an instrumental role in launching Zen Regenerative Wellness, a boutique wellness clinic offering advanced aesthetic and regenerative services. From the ground up, she led key operational and branding efforts including designing the clinic’s logo, developing marketing collateral and signage, creating service menus, and writing all internal documents and client forms. She oversaw the setup of appointment systems, clinic workflows, vendor coordination, and staff onboarding processes. In addition to executing the clinic’s visual identity, Mia also managed the development of all SOPs and helped secure the infrastructure needed to support a seamless and elevated client experience from day one.
