Zen Recovery Care

At Zen Recovery Care, Mia led operations and client services with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach that elevated both patient experience and internal performance. She managed all aspects of daily operations, including scheduling, payments, patient logistics, and inventory. Mia personally coordinated hotel accommodations and maintained delicate hospitality partnerships to ensure seamless post-operative stays. She ran invoicing for extended nurse care packages, arranged patient transportation to and from surgical centers, and personally curated and delivered customized snack baskets and floral arrangements — elevating the level of care for patients who opted into premium packages. Mia also updated and organized post-operative protocols to ensure nurses had easy access to accurate care instructions. Additionally, she developed branded materials, improved service workflows, and actively recruited and onboarded new surgeons to refer patients. Her leadership helped solidify Zen Recovery Care as a trusted, organized, and patient-focused recovery partner.
